About
Dr. John Kello began the consulting part of his career in the early 1980’s, when he started a working relationship with a small organizational consulting firm. From that experience he began to learn the ins and outs of consulting, so that he could take evidence-based knowledge from research in organizational behavior to which he was contributing and apply that knowledge to help organizations build sustained positive cultures.
In 1990, having drawn on his academic background as a Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, he decided to establish his own consulting company, John E. Kello & Associates, Inc.
Since the establishment of Kello & Associates, he has continued to teach and mentor students as a Professor Emeritus at Davidson College and a Graduate Faculty Associate at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. As a Scientist he has continued contributing to the body of research in organizational effectiveness, and as a Practitioner he has continued bringing that knowledge into the organizational world, to make a positive difference with our client-partners.
Since 2014, the company has benefited from the work of Alex Kello and Laura Kello, as Associates. We are a family business.
We are honored and proud to have worked as trusted advisors in close relationships with many organizations in many industries since our company was first established. We would welcome the opportunity to bring our evidence-based counsel to you.
