Frequently Asked Questions

As a small consultancy, how are you able to manage large consulting projects?

We work collaboratively with several consulting groups whose core values and operating philosophies parallel ours. Using our consortium strategy, we are able to flex our size and put as many as six consultants on a large project; project size has never been a limitation for us.

What are the advantages of working with a small consultancy like yours?

None of our work is generic, off the shelf, or one size fits all. We partner with our clients, get to know their businesses in detail, and closely tailor our approach to addressing their issues, working as trusted advisors in long-term business relationships. We have working partnerships with some clients that span more than a decade, and others, several decades.

What are the main industries you have worked with?

Our consulting has been segmented neither by industry nor intervention type. We have worked with a wide range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, heavy construction, food service, financial services, and governmental agencies, among others. Because all organizations are human endeavors, none are so unique or distinct as to be outside our scope.

How would you describe your consulting approach?

The common core of our work is the High-Performance Organization model. We aim to help our client partners build and sustain positive cultures of excellence, to see their products and services recognized as best in show, and to foster work environments where employees are treated as respected and valued members of a team.
